Within a couple of days (usually 2–3), we put together a route and send a first draft with ballpark prices. Clear and simple, so you know what to expect.
If you like the plan, we sign the agreement and you pay a deposit. Our fee is fixed and shown upfront—no surprises. Flights, hotels, and transfers are charged at real cost, with no markups. Once bookings are confirmed, we send all your documents. Then you pay the remaining balance.

Yes. Edits are welcome before the agreement. After signing, changes are still possible — ideally no later than 4 weeks before departure so prices and bookings stay secure.
